Winter 2026 Open Cellars will be held on the weekend of 19 and 20 June 2027.The Nillumbik Hills wine area is part of the broader Yarra Valley Geographical Indication (GI) and produces outstanding cool-climate wines such as Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon.
